Dynamic Netsoft Offers UAE E-Invoicing Support for Dynamics 365 Businesses Ahead of the 2027 Mandate

Dynamic Netsoft Technologies, a Microsoft Solution Partner in the UAE, is extending its proven GCC e-invoicing experience to support Dynamics 365 Finance and Business Central users preparing for UAE E-Invoicing Implementation. The offering covers data readiness, ASP integration, go-live testing, and post-go-live support, ahead of the country's first mandatory deadline in January 2027.

The UAE's Electronic Invoicing System was established under Ministerial Decisions No. 243 and 244 of 2025. A voluntary pilot phase opened on 1 July 2026, giving a penalty-free window to test the system early, and it's still open to any business that wants to start testing early, before the mandatory phase applies to them.

Current guidance allows only one ASP per business, covering both sending and receiving invoices, though multi-entity groups can register separate TINs for each entity if needed.

Businesses earning AED 50 million or more a year need to appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026, with the system going live for them on 1 January 2027. Smaller businesses get until 31 March 2027 to appoint a provider, and their go-live date is 1 July 2027. Government entities follow a bit later, by 1 October 2027.

Missing the deadlines carries a real cost. Under the framework, businesses that fail to appoint an ASP or implement e-invoicing on schedule face a fine of AED 5,000 for every month they remain non-compliant, a cost that adds up quickly for businesses that delay preparation until close to their deadline.
Readiness across the country still has a way to go. A June 2026 survey of more than 500 UAE CFOs and tax leaders put national readiness at just 57.5%. Only 14.1% of businesses said they felt fully capable, and 38% admitted their current ERP couldn't produce a compliant e-invoice at all.

Dynamics 365 UAE E-Invoicing compliance depends on a few things lining up: clean customer and vendor data, a properly configured Electronic Reporting framework to map invoices into the PINT-AE format, and a working, tested connection to an accredited ASP.

From there, the work moves into master data cleanup, TRNs, Peppol participant IDs, and tax code mapping, before configuring the Electronic Reporting framework to map invoice fields correctly.

The team also handles the ASP connection itself, onboarding, API integration, validation testing, and supports businesses through sandbox testing before anything goes live. Once a business is live, the company continues supporting configuration as FTA rules and Peppol schema requirements change.
